Site activity for the week ahead will feel the same

While there will be ongoing work this week, the noise activity is expected to be comparable to previous weeks, so no significant workflow changes or accommodations are being made beyond what is already in place. Please see the construction schedule below for specifics on the work that is anticipated for the coming weeks.

All is steady inside the building

With planning and communication comes expectations that are realistic and change is made somewhat easier. During the Continuity Meeting each week we talk about issues that arose from the previous week, and anticipated needs for the coming week. What's the best response when those questions come up on the agenda? "Nothing" and that's what we heard this week. We are solidly prepared for the coming week. So it seems we have officially reached a point of equilibrium with respect to how workflows and construction converge at VPR. This is great! It may be fleeting, but we can celebrate it today.

Continuity Group will gear up going into January

In anticipation of March completion of Phases I and II of the construction project, the Continuity Group will start to plan location transitions for the full staff beginning in January. What would be the perfect board game analogy for that process?
