Where Things Are

The images below will help you locate PRINTERS, MEETING ROOMS, OFFICE SUPPLIES. Please note: these names are temporary! But they will help you navigate your needs for now.

LOWER FLOOR PRINTERS & ROOMS



UPPER FLOOR ROOMS 

OFFICE SUPPLIES

There are four main places to look, and here's what you'll find:

UTILITY ROOM:
At the bottom of the TOEF stairs (across from the Administration Wing printer)

- tissues
- toilet paper
- paper towels for bathroom
- paper cups
- cleaning supplies
- mop
- Swiffer dusters

 CABINET NEXT TO ADMINISTRATION PRINTER:

- VPR stationery & envelopes
- shipping & file labels
- VPR bumper stickers
- large 3-hole punch
- laminator
 



CABINET UNDER THE ELEVATOR STAIRS:

- office supplies
- pens
- staples
- rubber bands
- post it notes
- paper clips
- batteries
- postage machine




CABINET UNDER THE CROW'S NEST STAIRS:

- Dymo label writer
- electric 3-hole punch
- electric pencil sharpener
- electric stapler
- 3 ring binders
- pads of paper
- pendaflex folders
- blank CDs and CD sleeves

ALSO:
  • Copier paper and toner are stored by each printer
  • All incoming and outgoing deliveries (UPS, Fed Ex, WB Mason & Staples) go in the Green Room, against the wall across from soda machine

    Are the Leave Me Alone rooms (or other less misanthropic term) available for use yet?

    Yes! I didn't label those rooms on the map above, but you can see them if you scrutinize the floor plan. There are two LMA near the Project Room, one by the Elevator Stairs, and one by the TOEFL stairs.

    (The mtg rooms labeled in the map are bookable in Zimbra, LMAs are free to wander in and out of at will. )
