| This is not the photo that goes on the cover of the Annual Report. |
Stuff that’s changed:
- Your monitors & the arms are adjustable! Give 'em a tug and move them around to fit your ergonomics. If you find that your monitor is really tight and not moving well, please send a note to Punchlist@vpr.net and Todd will take care of it. Todd takes care of everything. Todd is awesome.
- Glass toppers for the Finance & Administration workstations will be installed on Monday. Last chance to lob things directly at your neighbors.
- The furniture installers will be coming on Monday to make adjustments to the undersides of some workstations. You may be bumped from your desk for 15 minutes while they remount the topsides. Good news: it won't disrupt anything on top of your desk. More good news: if it's not a good time, they'll work around your schedule.
- Some furniture will be moved up to the upstairs meeting rooms on Monday. Might be distracting, or it might be a chance to re-enact every balcony scene from every movie.
Stuff that stays the same for now:
- hard hat area is lobby, cafe, and Studio One - all behind glass doors
- temporary construction doors at end of long hallway can remain unlocked
- parking
- bathrooms
- entrances, keys/codes
- mailboxes
- kitchen
- deliveries
Punch List additions:
- Floor mats? Angela’s is nice, works great. Looking into options, will order samples from a couple of vendors and see what works best.
- Window screen in newsroom has a tear - we'll get on that

Where are office supplies?
What is left is still in the old office supply closet by the basement stairs. Slim pickings, though! If you need office supplies, email your request to frontoffice@vpr.net. The Future Home of Office Supplies is one of the cabinets at the bottom of the stairwell lobby. (Special note on hanging file folders: Some people have them, some people want them. Find each other!)
When can we start scheduling meeting rooms?
Hopefully by mid-next week!
Safety Cengeri!
Ric wants folks to be careful of the old picnic table out front, which looks rotten and dangerous. Also, if you're lurking outside of Madelyn's office, be aware of a snapped tree branch that's dangling precariously overhead.

Can we use dry-erase markers to write on the glass above our cubes? Instead of using post-its or whatnot?
